Learning Outcomes: o Describe the key regulatory issues of mutual interest to education abroad and risk managers. o Determine institutional liability and mitigate institutional risk. o Discuss reporting and response to risk areas. o Practical application of regulatory compliance to case scenarios. Designed for risk managers, education abroad managers, compliance officers, Title IX coordinators, and other stakeholders who are responsible for ensuring that programs offered abroad are compliant with U.S. laws and regulations and who wish to engage with each other and gain insights into the myriad opportunities for collaboration, mutual benefit, and shared success. Teams from the same institution with an identified relationship are encouraged, but not required, to attend.
